After a weekend with BODYJAM® initial training there will be another week plenty of BODYJAM®.
Today 16.30, I’m teaching the first half of 67 at SATS Fridhemsplan.
Thursday 17.00, I’m teaching the entire release of 67 at SATS Hötorget.
Saturday, I’ll be visiting Umeå with some BODYJAM(and AfHo®)-love, at IKSU.
Sunday, it’s time for the Stockholm quarterly. The first one of this round.
